This month, we’ll be discussing the work to date on the Janitorial contracts on the 400 blocks of Tehama and Clementina, recent security concerns and our Fall fund raiser as well as a few other issues.

Our next ClementinaCares meeting is on July 8th, and like last time we will meet at Vehicle SF (map) at 6:15 pm. After the design charette from last meeting, we will get to see the renderings of the project. If you just can’t wait for the meeting, you can take an early peek at the drawings as well as good some commentary from the crowd at SocketSite.
We will have our next neighborhood meeting on Monday, May 5th at Vehicle SF (map) at 6:00 pm. The key item on the agenda is the design charette from the folks at AGI Capital, for the big new development going in at 5th & Folsom.
In a sign of how far we have come since the early issues that brought us together, Mayor Newsom was the star guest for a packed house at our ClementinaCares neighborhood meeting last night. The issues that we discussed ranged all over the board, but there was of course a lot of focus on the same topics that we discuss each month: better services, safety, and a clean neighborhood for the residents and business that make up our community.
